they didnt reach out to people and give servers ops a better faster download, or web sites a direct or fast download so they could rehost the file, not alot of people want to register to get it, or wait five years on a slow D/L

What? Just go to the Multiplayer tab, and check "This Mod Only" option, or something along those lines.

ahhh ya that makes sense, but some of the posts i read about people looking for servers lead me to believe it wasnt that simple ..after all the browser does suck nuts to begin with

Operation Peace Keeper, USI, and PRMM .3 are the only ones on mah' list right now. Between them (Mostly PeaceKeeper and PRMM .3) I don't have a reason to play vanilla BF2 anymore.

USI is ok for what it is, it's just lacking a shortcut on mah' startmenu and I cannot find how to make one.
