Ok I finally did it...I went out to my local Wal-Mart and bought SF, because many people look at BF2 more, I'll put my thread here. I took it home and installed it only to find a HUGE problem, when i log on, I can't play anything online-it won't let me, an error pops up that tells me i have modified content or something. Also, in my "unlocks" section, instead of the P90 and L96 popping up as my unlock...I have something called "WEAPON_NAME_fnp90" and "WEAPON_NAME_fnl96" if this is a serious problem please tell me so i can return it in time to get my money back...thanks ALOT.

Yea, after installing SF you need to re-patch the software. The sequence is like this:
1. Install BF2 (if its installed goto step2)
2. Install BF2:SF (if its installed goto step3)
3. Install most recent patch.
If you have issues after that then there may be a problem.Comment

Umm well I thought of that too..so I'm trying to repatch it again...I already had the BF2 1.22 patch...but im doing it over again just to make sure it all works. BTW i had BF2 for about 1 month by now....so this doens't make that much sense...

SF reverts back to 1.1 so you must repatch to the latest patchComment
