One funny night, with a question at the end.

So last night Im doing the usual Karkand round after round..Like any usual night after work, its me my brother and a bong..so yeah were stoned out are mind.
So at one point Im runnin down an alley and about to turn a corner..little do I know there is a whole squad around the corner Im about to confront.

So me and my brother are giggly high watching as I turn the corner and we see 6 medics all begin to dolphin dive at the same time..now the funnist $hit about this, and what made me and my brother almost fall out of are chair is, each guy was a second or 2 off starting there dive..so instead of seeing 6 guys DD at the same time..its a wave lol..a friggin wave.
The guy on the far left of the sqaud must have seen me first and applied his macro then a split second later the guy next to him etc.. etc.. so it was like watching a wave..or better yet a school of dolphins lol.

Next round I get my team switched and low and behold..I join the squad with these guys..so needless to say, it was friggin hard as hell to play as me and my brother could not get enough of watching these guys. Sometimes I would fire around them to scare them and make them start DD

Next thing that made us friggin crack up was at one point as Im runnin down an alley I call medic..I then take a second to look behind me..8 medics..8 friggin medics right behind me lol like a train..5 on my sqaud and 3 just tagging along.
I would call "I need a medic" just to see 8 guys run at me full speed bags in hand hopping around chucking them at me..
At one point I must of had 25 bags at my feet
Best yet was when there was a dead body..my god it was like vultures, 8 guys bouncing this corpse..sometimes an extra 2-3 medics from other places on the map would run in..I think at one point we counted 14 medics on one body.
Every time I even died I never saw the sky, I saw medic crotch, arm, leg etc..

And my question at the end..
If I join a clan and try to participate in clan matches and offical matches does everyone use the DD macro? Basically will I have to go out and spend the extra bucks on a macro key board or have to master the technique to be effective? Cause the sqaud I was in, the squad with the school of expert DD were a bunch of high ranking guys all with clan tags.
It seems I dont see the DD on non-pre-fix guys, it always guys with clan tags, so Im thinking it is a needed skill to buy/learn.

My question at the end was if I join a clan and try to get active in clan matches and offical type matches will i have to shell out the money for a key board that can do macros so I can dolphin dive, or do I have to really practice my DD..one or the other.

um...i dont think you need a macro keyboard to make a macro. I wouldn't bother learning to DD...

          funny story though...

dolphin diving is for ppl who cant be bothered to play the game like everyone else....usually due to some performance inadequacy issues they are suffering, where they feel they must exploit anything/everything to stay alive........rather pathetic....

basically they cant hang when playing normal so they buy their 'skill', like any cheater does

i wouldnt resort to this 'tactic', it basically admitting that you cant hang

yes...that's what I meant by 'not bothering to learn how to do it' (just so the OP knows)

considering this dolphin diving has been classified as an animation exploit, you might be able to report these guys for exploiting, tho i am unsure of the actual requirements, also, using outside, 3rd party devices/programs to gain an unfair advantage....classifies as cheating....hmm...

Re: One funny night, with a question at the end.

                      I to am against it.
But in recent weeks there has more and more users of what looks to be macro assisted DD.
Like I said I turned a corner and was even in a sqaud of 5 guys are experts at this.
I watched these guys DD around full squads insta killing them..it was amazing.

which leads to wonder if this is a clan tactic, and if it is then I dont wanna get pwned if I try to participate in clan or offical matches.

My brother is in a clan and there is a guy that had less points then him last month. He got a DD macro assist recently.
Not only did he blow by my brother with his DD/medic skills in points but Ive seen this guy go on kill streaks of 20 or more just DD around enemy sqauds then self healing up, hell Ive seen him DD around people as he is self healing up.
Is so hard to hit him and then throw in the insta kill head shot from the accuracy boost as he is hopping..he is an animal.

which leads to me think...if I was in a clan match against guys like this..how could I compete if 2/3 of the time I cant kill him?

Re: One funny night, with a question at the end.

                        simple, report them for exploiting.....lol

i think this might be a hacker clan, or exploiter clanor whatever........either way, one of those countless clans full of smacktards....they shouldnt be too competitive, i dont think any competition would or should allow that, forcing them to use skills they havent developed/dont have

now if they stuck it out, and didnt have a nervous breakdown when they are constantly getting owned....they would have developed the skill to play the game normally, instead of being so dependant on programs/devices to play

when i started i got owned every round constantly, but i stuck it out and got better.....more than i can say for this particular brand of douche-bagg

EDIT: oh yeah, and some videos/screenies are def. in order.....for POTD, and general laughs
