Dude, no one has 3 kills per minute...sounds more like impossible rather than expert...

I've had three knife kills in one minute before, and I don't even have basic knife.

I stabbed one guy, then ran round a corner and shot another. A medic ran out to revive him so I chased the medic and stabbed the guy I shot after he was revived and the medic as well. Unfortunately, those were the only three knife kills I had all round though, but they came within about 30 or 40 seconds of each other...

EDIT: Oooh, I just made Master Sergeant... guess I needed my TotalBF2-forum knife badge to get First Sergeant, huh? Lol

I got my vet knife badge about a month ago on Sharqi Penn. Honestly I got lucky because the match was about to end, I had spent the whole game chasing people around with my knife and doing alot of dying. I rounded the corner of one of the construction buildings and there before me was literally a pile of bodies and an enemy medic crouched over them with his paddles out. In the chaos he didnt notice me come up behind and lay on top of all the bodies. I just kept sticking with my knife as he revived one after another. Got the badge and still stabbed three more including the medic. I'm close to 100 knife kills now then i'll start working on expert but I'm not that optimistic.

i got my expert knife, and veteran pistol.....i think pistol is alot harder, no matter how close you are it takes atleast three hits....takes alot of time, aim, and luck and clips run out.....none of these problems with the knife...one hit they're dead....unless the hit doesnt register

i got mine on karkand 64 sized map with about 45-50 players.....or was it 40-45....hmm....either way

I still don't think that it's possible to get 18 knife kills IAR without some outlandish luck but hey that my opinion.

Oh, it's very possible. I manage to get the Expert Knife badge after two nights' of trying, maybe 2-3 hours of gametime, at the very most. It doesn't require luck as much as sneakiness and enviromental awareness, and the ability to anticipate the movement of your enemies. :)

The round I finally got it, on Sharqi I think, I had a k/d ratio of 21 to 20 - using *nothing* but the knife. Felt pretty good.

Got my knife kills, legitimately... Having a helluva' time getting expert, good knife map is Karkand.

Expert is 18k IAR, yeah okay! :laugh:

I got to my veteran knife and pistols relatively quick (check my dates on bf2s 'SeanKnight'). Then a few months later I went for expert knife and got it before any of my buddies. I had to wait for 500 pistol kills (or whatever it is) to fall in my lap until I tried for the Expert pistol, and got it in March. It's fun!

lol...when i got my expert knife, i said in chat "i just got my expert knife!!! thanks <playername>" thanks to my 18th knife kill.......lol

after that round, i checked my stats....my knife-kills were 888....lol

I am the suck with the knife...I have 8 kills TOTAL...but the pistol? How easy is that one to get....I'm working on my expert now...I just got the Vet a little while ago

It is a bunch of BS someone comes out talking trash about the EKB. Someone ****es me off in a server, before the first 5 minutes have gone by in a round, I can rack up 8-9 kills with the knife. When you are starting out, it is hard, but once you get that vicious, I'm going to gut you f*cker additude, you suddenly start cutting peoples nuts off.

Keep talking trash, if I find you on the server, I am going to show you how many knife kills someone can get in one round (without trying).

What crazy even considered putting this into this game, and the pistol badge, just can't fathom it, what is the point?

Vet knife, how can you possibly get that many kills with a knife IAR. Yes you know you were cheating, knife and pistol servers what a joke, set up to get badges.

However stabbing a sniper in the face is huge fun.

Another...If i can't do it...the people that have it cheat....yawn...get some skill.

I just got my Veteran knife and pistol badges in one round. My stats haven't updated yet though so I'm getting worried. Veteran is pretty easy if you play Karkand and hang around the hotel. I got like 3 pistol kills shooting down from the roof at people sitting around the flag until artillery came and ruined my fun. Then someone finally saw me. Knife was surprisingly easy too. You just have to run straight for someone and commit to it.
