I attempt to also...however, some days I get my a** handed to me, and CABLAM I hear drum roll and get all giddy , the get all sad when I see the purple heart

I never had it, and wanted to earn it, until later on after 2 ranks, i realized it was a bad medal to earn.

I got mine yesterday ( day 2 of owning the game ) and thought i did something really special to get it.

I had played as a gunner in an attack chopper and as he flew i blew things up. We did pretty good too.. so near the end of the map.. it told me i got his and i was like.. YES !!!.

Read the description today and was like.. BAHHH 1:4 kill/death ratio.

Makes me laugh cause i bragged to my buddy thinking i did something awesome and turns out its for a crap performance.. lol

( coming from a cs background of getting 10-1 kill/death ratios... it feels even worse )

I personally think its an ok medal to have...it means just because you were having your arse handed to you, you didn't just up and quit the game - you kept fighting, hopefully to improve. And yes, I earned one a while back...E*A*R*N*E*D*...I laughed my arse off then, and sometimes when i read these posts, I laugh again!

I am thinking of getting spam killed just to get one.

I got mine the same game I got my basic knife. All I kept doing was going for the knife kills.
