I'm trying to make the switch from mouse and keyboard to joystick(heli). It's not easy but one thing that bothers me is the sensitivty. If I roll right it goes waaayy right sending the helicopter out of control. What can I do to solve this problem?

Well, there are no in-game settings for joystick sensitivity. Make sure your X and Y axis are properly adjusted within the game's settings.
It took me a little while to adjust them, but essentially you want to make sure that you don't have your "mouse" assigned to something the joystick is assigned to. In other words, make sure you don't have two seperate assignments to one bind.
If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of your settings in the "aircraft/helicopter" area.
