i had my game working for like almost a year and then it started saying cd key invalid and i was like wtf. then i tryed to fix it by going unistall but modify that just made it so my game doesnt load up. it shows picture of the tank and battlefield 2 but then exits my xfire says im playing bf2 but when i got crtl alt del it not ther but the bf2 exe is running how i fix this i don't have my bf2 cds right now to fix the problem?

You need to reinstall it. What you've done has probably damaged your install. Get your disks back or download them via bittorent. If you're fishing to get info on how to play a pirated copy of BF2 without a valid cd-key, youre outta luck. Or if you lent the game to a friend and theyre using your cd-key, you need to get it back and uninstall if off their system.Comment

ok i have the game im not trying to get it ilaglayy my parents took it away ok. i was using a mini image to play but had problems when using the bf2 cd too.Comment

Then you need to do whatever it is you weren't doing (homework, chores, etc) that caused your parents to take it off you. Unfortunately there isn't much information for rectifying issues caused by vengefull parents in the literature.Originally posted by tophdawgComment
