Just add text. You've asked this in each individual thread that you've posted in, and they've all said photoshop and various other programs. That seems to be your best bet.

i used paint and irfanview (for the text i used ms word)

both free

If you're a 'thicko' I would recommend not looking for them. Because he means you can get them (photoshop) free illegaly, but with your skill level you'll probably get caught, or get some virus/porn spam instead. Just do what troy bob did. Take a screen shot, paste it in Paint. Add some pretty letters, and you're done.

I used a free open source version of photoshop called The GIMP.

The GIMP is just what he said, an open-source photoshop type program. Do a google search for it and you should find it pretty quick. It does many, but not all of the things that photoshop does - I have trouble with the text tools in the GIMP for instance. It will take you some time to figure it out, but there are lots of tutorials out there.

My sig was done in a combo of the GIMP and Photoshop.
