Yeah, I'd like currently available unlocks to be available in all game modes (SP/co-op as well as the current MP-only). I think we have enough unlockable weapons (two for each kit), but I don't see why they're limited to online-play only. Having said that, I don't play SP and I probably won't play co-op so it doesn't make that much difference to me.

I would definitely hope so, It makes sense to have global unlocks available via BF2CC. I will guess that it will be needed to run the servers that run coop mode. I dont see why not.

Do you understand this will never happen? I swear some people never realize there is such a huge difference in the world of gaming and patches between what we want to see and what we actually end up seeing.

There are millions of things we would love to see, but unless its easy to do quick OR involves making money, devs just aren't interested.

I believe all they would need to do is undo the "fix" they made in patch 1.01. Seems pretty simple. Many SP players are still playing 1.00 because you COULD use unlocks in SP then (with a simple mod at least).

I think they definitely should be able to use unlocks. I believe it will be the exact same idea as an unranked server. The admins can do whatever they want.

Are unlocks allowed in unranked? I have no idea, lol.

it seems like a fair trade,considering you cant get stats on a unranked server.

but i thought the reson they took it away in the 1st place was beacuse it was being used on ranked servers.

there must be a way to lock unlocks on a ranked server(i mean only allow the unlocks that you have for ranked play)

and a seprate way of allowing unlocks in sp,coop,unranked server play.

this would be a nice thing for ea/dice to give to the comunity..of course it would have to be free!!!

i think its ridiculous that in single player you cannot use the unlocks you have earned in a game you have payed for...that is just straight up fvcking retarded.....whoever thought this one through should put down the crack pipe, and pick up a thinking cap

means the ppl who bought the game without internet connection is stuck with about 1/4 the game, no unlocks, and only 16 sized maps....pfft....what a crock of sh!t

that i have to agree with,also ppl without internet cant play on lan with bots,thanks to 1.3 coop they can now.but i 100% agree that we the owner of the disk ,payer of xxxsum of money should not be discriminated with 1/4 of bf2 if we dont have internet.

i thought they removed it due to ranked servers allowing ppl to use all guns ect,

but the easy way would be to patch the game and lock all unlockble weapons(which they did)

the hard thing would be for them to stop taking money of ranked server owners that allowed all unlocks for all,instead they decided to stop all even offline sp games.

there must be a easy way to enable unlocks for sp/coop/unranked and not allow it in ranked servers,

another line to add to roe perhaps if ea/dice let us have unlocks.

personaly id settle for a download from ea download that allowed me to use unlocks with my account offline,

or only allow the unlocks i use on ranks to be used in sp/coop.

but what are the chances of that.

p.s it should say on the box bf2 online /bf1/4 offline

thats my point i would love to praccy on bigger maps like kubra-dam with my l96 or m95 purly for range purposes,but it would also be cool to mess about with other guns
