Problem buying EF

I have EF but a friend of mine is wanting to get it too. He has the Downloader installed. When he logs in all he can see is the links to view the trailers. He cant't see the patches or an option to purchase EF? Any ideas or is there something else he needs to do?

you need to purchase it from the offical EA website ,as you have it you should no this.

when i bought ef thats how i did it then after purchasing it it showed up in ea downloader.

Makes sense. He also tried the link that you get when you launch the game and it seemed to work too. I had forgotten the process of exactley how I got it because I had it about a week before anyone else did when it was leaked.
