How to Dolphin Dive..

So hwo do they do it after the nerf..
And dont say it isnt possible, Ive seen this a million times in the last week.

Last night I have a sqaud of Medics in my scope and Im watching them run down the street..the whole time there jumping of the ground, from the bellys, then landign on the bellys and hopping right back off the ground on there stomaches...classic old school DD down the street.

Also a guy in my squad is helping me take a flag..the whole time..BOING BOING BOING..on his belly..
And I dont know if this is lag or what, but I can say Im almost 100% sure some shots were being fired in the air..

My theory is its a Macro of some sort..I mean Ive tried to copy this with a basic keyboard and find my self unable to do it do to being glued to the ground once I land prone, the basic effects of prone nerf...so how the F is this possible?

If this is the case then I guess they need to get rid of the prone nerf so we all can DD again..I mean why give it to the guys who spent a few extra bucks on a keyboard with macros?

I think the should not be able to shoot on the way down or on the way back up, just like how they took out jumping and shooting.

ya they frgured out the key combo to get around the fix to stop them,,, ya would think they would just partice shooting noooo they have to practice hopping...gueeeezzzz it's an auto boot on our server after we warn them for it. i dont want to proliferate it so i wont say what they key combo is...

want to see it, join a server..follow the medics on your team, usually the top ranked ones..follow them youll see it.
My bro has a memebr in his clan that does this, he is a medic and has been rippign maps up like this.

its pretty annoying, I still suffer this instant roll killing...I mean if you guys aim and try to shoot its not that acurate...however rolling has no acuracy none what so ever it kills you in a part of a sec...

I don't get it, who cares if they're dolphin diving? It's just an animation. They can't shoot while in the air with super accuracy, that's the important thing.

I actually know how to do it, and with certain guns (m16) I'll admit to bunny hoping like mad. The things is, nobody who knows how to do it well will tell you how, you'll get the same thing as me. "Dude, figure it out yourself!" So, I just went on karkand servers and practiced - No matter what my score or K/D was.

It may look the hopper is shooting in mid air, but it happens prone on the ground. And once you're good at it, there's no stopping you. I myself know 5-10 'different' bunnyhopping techniques that I can use with different guns at different ranges. Or just that they look funnier.

Also, placing a super magnet next to your hard drive increases rpms.

Yup, you don't get it.

Actually, it appears they are in the air, but BF2 thinks they are prone, and thus have the smallest target reticle possible and most accurate shooting ability when in this rediculous pose.

That is why we die almost instantly every time we encounter it. And as someone also mentioned, Medics can perform this skilless noob tactic the most easily.

I'll say it again. When you see them jumping but are flat on their stomach in the air 5 feet off the ground, BF2(the server, whatever) still thinks they are laying down ON THE GROUND.

As we all know, of the 3 firing positions, prone(laying down) is the most accurate.

Therefore this is clearly an exploit that is only done by the most skilless, unfair-advantage seeking, dickless players.

I have absolutely ZERO respect for any player who uses this exploit to their advantage. Because the BF2/server erroneously places the floppy bastard on the ground where he clearly isn't by your perspective.

This exploit is done using programmable mice and or keyboards...in other words, PURCHASED SKILLS.

I'll stick with my MS basic optical and old school ps/2 ancient keyboard...and I still kick ass! And I'm 50/50 against these flopping idiots. I play on a regular server, therefore I know who they are before I begin shooting most of the time.

Floppers of BF2...no one respects you except your own ilk.
