Be aware that there is a bug that occasionally deploys the UAV at a stupidly low level. I've seen 'em come in below rooftop level and almost instantly slam into a building.

Or, it could have been even more simple. An AT guy with good aim can put a UAV down in one shot. I've seen some guys do that consitantly.

Calling "cheat" should really be the last thing you do. It would have been wise to zoom in all the way and see what those enemy ground pounders might have been up to.

Actually it can kill you, I actually have video of me in a f35 b hovering and a uav plows right into me and blows me up if you guys want to see it let me know and i will upload it

I've taken out the UAV with a bombs on a plane I was like WTF? It must have been damaged and in the process of being repaired.

The number of times I've taken out my own UAVs with Artillery, supply crates, and most resently cardrops is insane.

Haha, I was actually killed once by a ground-level UAV- and lost four points for a "suicide" :hmm:

Ok, I was commanding and almost a second after I put up my UAV it would get destroyed. Now what's funny is when I placed it over about 20 of the enemy it wouldn't get destroyed, but when I placed it over or near a squad base raping us it would, three times in a row on two separate rounds.

Now I've taken out UAVs before while Support, but not in 2 seconds. Three shots from a sniper rifle will take one out...I need 1 1/2 clips on the G36C/E to take out a UAV as well...these guys were all on foot.


This is the same server where we found some guys dropping their own supplies.

Does something like this exist?

What map were you playing on?

The most likely explanation would be an aimbot that automatically targets UAVs.

EDIT: also the whole squad firing upon the UAV would lessen its chances of surviving. Forgot to think about that one

drop a car jus on the spot when the uav comes around, shld destroy the uav instantly.

Jet may have been passing by?! Jet machine guns can take down a uav in no time flat.
