Gamr Crashes While loading map

Hey there , i just resently baught BF2 and i can imagine alot of people have already had this problem! (so sorry 4 bringing it up again) I installed fine and Patched fine and my comp is High spec but when ever i try to connect to a server the map loads to aout 60% then crashes to desktop any help ! ? ive got the newset drivers and tried LOW settings still no change

well if bf2 crashes while the map loads you can not be certain that bf2 was "installed fine and patched fine". While I am sure you can install and patch bf2 better than anyone else on this entire forum, why don't you try re-installing and re-patching and see what results that yields.

Did you try to repatch it any differently? Does anything like this happen in any other games? Any overclocking? What kind of memory do you have? Any other crashing, freezing, etc? Maybe you could use someone elses CDs.
