Not bad, nice you've selected "song two" for a two minutes video, fits it perfectly.
All these nice videos help me to see how is BF2, and everyday i'm shure i'll get it as soon as i upgrade my comp. :)

Hey, glad you guys like the movie! I'll keep going at it and keep trying to improve it.

However, I seem to have run into a problem. My recorded tracks seem to keep on crashing once I reach a point where a UAV is deployed - I can neither watch a recorded track, nor render a recorded track. I can still watch the demo all the way to the end, just the recorded tracks within BattleLauncher don't seem to work correctly. I'm downloading the 1.3 test version, maybe it will work.

I really don't want to capture the entire video using FRAPs... I can generally do it fine but there is often drops in FPS while recording in FRAPs, and that does not translate well into a movie.

UGH! For the life of me, I cannot get a video to render.

Every night, I set BattleLauncher to record a track. I've been trying Microsoft Video 1, but for some reason it never finishes rendering. Maybe I had a screensaver on? (it's now off) I don't know. It creates the file, it's about 300mb in size, but it doesn't open. It "cannot play this file" or something - so it's my assumption that it never finished rendering or something else corrupted it.

So I give up on Microsoft Video 1. I try Microsoft RH463 or some such. It fails to load the avi renderer. Great.

Enough of this Microsoft nonsense, I try Intel Indeo. Uh oh, just ran out of HD space on my gaming partition, so it crashes. I go in, delete all the bad footage, and a few games, and now I've got about 2 gigs to spare.

So, I try Indeo again. It seems to work... until I try to load up the video. It plays for about a second, then I get some sort of memory error and it crashes. It crashes in the same place on WMP and Winamp, and Vegas crashes when it tries to load it. GREAT! I've got the full duration of footage, and a 500mb file, but it doesn't work!

I'm running out of ideas. I turned off the screensaver for the Intel Indeo, and it seemed to render the entire thing, but failed. Suppousively "xvid" is the best codec, but I don't have it listed and can't find any details on it through the Battlelauncher forums. I was tempted to try the DivX codec, but suppousively it's not that great with BattleLauncher.

Ugh - what am I doing wrong here? What codecs do other people use to render a video with success?
