Spawning from dead Squad Leader?

Has anyone else seen a hack like this out there? Because I think I saw someone doing it last night.. it was strange they would spawn right from the dead body of the guy I just killed.

I don't want to know how this works/where I can get it. I just want to know if it exists or am I completely paranoid! :P

Would be nice if those playing had a basic understanding of how a game functions, the code, engine, etc... Even a basic googl'ing can educate you.

Game code would not allow for this, hack or no hack. More than likely someone being revived by a medic behind them, or someone out of site was a SL. Usually there's an explanation to everything you see....

or maybe lag caused it to appear they spawned after he died when they really did just as he died....
