Friendslist!?

Hi everybody

I wanted to know if there is gona be a friendslist function in near future for BF2, SF, EF, AF?
I think that's an very important feature which should be inside this nice game. When i used to play Xbox Live i could see on my dashboard where and what my friends on my friendslist are playing and then i could just klick "join" and voila i was in the same game on the same server like them.

I'm sick and tired to go check my friends stats to find out if he's online and on which server he's playing. And xfire is NOT a good solution for this!
I tried that and it was absolute crap.

Is it technically not possible to add this kind of feature or is there any other reason why they didn't add it?

Well x-fire works well for me, also the program The All Seeing Eye is good for this, but as an easy alternative http://bf2tracker.com/
When you register you can add buddy's and then click on your buddy list and see what server(s) your buddys are on and then just copy the ip from there and paste it into the join ip from the game.

Thanks for your reply. I will give it a try.

I had xfire before but sometimes i couldn't see on which server my friend is playing.
What i also miss is, to send to people (which i think i might wanna play again) a friendsrequest to have them on my friendslist but that's ok i will write down their names and add them at the all seeing eye.

No problem, i had the same problem with x-fire before but it seems to work most of the time.........as long as it dosent try to download updates for games while your playing and then you get kicked for exessive ping lol.
