BFTEST46 has with all vet badges, a three star general

Maybe like this?

Brigadier General 180.000 & Kit Expert Badges
Major General: 200.000
General: 250.000 & Expert Vehicles (1410 hrs..OMG)

I can confirm that all BFTEST accounts are used by EA UK for testing the ranking system.
