comm binding

K i searched for this, i know its here. But i cant find the thread.

I want to bind some radio commands like, enemy spotted and sorry to my joy stick. But ffs i can not find the thread under the search terms.
Anyone got any ideas or know the thread I am talking about? Or know what I need to do?
