Aiming Issue

When trying to aim my crosshairs follow a very annoying grid. Snapping past several feet of aiming area unzoomed and zoomed. EVERY other FPS and such works fine with my mouse very smooth aiming. I haven't played the game in months.. the problem is far too annoying. Any Ideas why this is happening and how to resolve?
I have Logitech Cordless Optical Mouse and have also tried the game with corded mice with exact same results.

What is your mouse sensitivity in windows set to (not in game, but in windows)? If it is set to the max, it will skip pixels on your screen.
