Tournaments?

Hi, I have a mod I am working on, and when it is done, I would like to make a tournament based around it like BF2Combat or FFTF

I was wondering if any of you knew what I would need for a tournament, please include it in an organized list, and I want to know any reccomended BF2 server providers, and website hosting

And if you can, give me an estimate of the monthly cost of running a tournament, and if its legal and all to charge people for entering the tourney or to accept donations from members

I am serious, do not ask me if the teams are gonna be the Hiltons vs the Brikiins or some dumb **** like that!

I think it is a good idea that you are creating your own mod to have a big tourney with. Not everyone is cut out for that but it would probably cost a little bit at first to get things set up but after that you would be good.

Holy skitso chickens batman! I have 1, count 'em, 1 person that isn't condiscending to me about anything! But what would I need for the tournament?

And I do not have a complete mod yet, I only have 1 mapper and that is all!

you need more than one(part time) mapper. probably a good premise for a mod too.

And by part time he meant that he wasn't gonna be mapping 24/7, and It is a good premise, you have to have an imagination! all the designs for weapons ect are in the development forums, which are unviewable to the public

And nobody WANTS to join my mod team because everybody hates me! lol

No, I was actually considering joining up as a modeller but your mod really has no basis. You're just some kid that decided he wanted to make a mod one day with no idea of what hes doing.

I have more than Gimp-ed concepts

I have ideas based on actual weapons, and those are all just ideas, we might make them different than I planned, I can't draw really good
