Frustration:lost awards

I was having my best game ever today. 23 kills, 2 deaths, 75 plus points, leading by 20pts minimum. while playing I got a Notorious Mention ribbon and was on my way to goldstar "2nd ever". The round was wraping up then connection problems "DOH!". Opon checking I was not givin my ribbon. Are stats and medals awarded only on completion of a round?

Ive noticed it sometime takes over a day for the medals to show up on BF2 and stat websites. I dont know if this is the problem your having though.

Sorry, but if the server crashes, than your SOL. It sucks but you'll fight on.

Yeah it sucks if the server goes down or you lose your connection. It has happened to me on various occasions...right when you think you got it you really don't. But as the guy above me said suck it up and keep playing.

Sounds like the server crashed. No, you don't get nuttun if it went down before the round ended. Yup, it sucks. I lost my single best round ever the same way ('Hawk whoring in 1.13... had gotten 200+ points for the obsence number of kills my gunners made).

There'll be a next time, tho.

Pretty sure it's the new ribbon in 1.3.

Anytime you lose connection; your stats don't count.
