if one were to go back, and review every screenshot, and video of pre release BF2, one would realize how many things never made the game. Believe me, its tons. Hell the retail cover of BF2, still shows a blackhawk with rocket cache, and an apache. Still.
Fast roping? Dice was even quoted as to saying this feature was included.
Laser Targeting. IN . I mean, every screenie and every video showing off BF2, did one thing. Get you excitted and comitted to buying BF2. And thats cool. But what im saying is.......they are two very, very different things.
In short, the finalized BF2, simply is NOT, the BF2 they told us we were buying.

Only adding mechs, Titians, rocket pod deployed troops, a whole new squad system, optical como (which APCs can use if someone on-board has it), new game type(s?), totally revamped kit selection (tweak out your kits as your experiance in one of 4 catagories grows), and mechs (yes, I know I said it twice). Totally the same.
