    Why isn't Line Training Implemented?

I would really like to see an addition of Line Training techniques for us. For those who don't know what Line Training is, its basically military martial arts.

Now, I'm not talking Street Fighter type of physics, but being able to butt someone with my rifle without having to pull out my knife...things like that.

    What do you guys think?

We're not saying to make this a Kung-Fu game, just some basic FPS features that we've seen already.

Being able to hit someone with the butt of your rifle is something that you should be able to do.

A Bayonet would be kewl...basically it would work like a Knife does now except the range would be 2m instead of 1m.

give that to the assault class to make it worth while.

                ^^ lol

It's not really fair to compare the two games, one is a realistic sim and one is an arcade squad-based shooter.

Sounds like this would be interesting to see in a mod. I doubt it would ever be part of BF2.

This is not Day of Defeat. That's been done already, Im glad it isn't available in this. You already have a knife, use it.

I like the idea of giving bayonets to the assault class. What game is RO?

Edit: Nevermind this actually makes alot more sense now.

I think that is Red Orchestra, which used to be a Unreal Tournament 2004 mod. I hated it because it only had iron sights, no cross hairs.
