how do i change night maps to day maps in sf

The easiest way is to just replace the sky.con file in the server.zip with another one from a day map like Gulf of Oman. However, you will still have some night lighting effects on the ground.

You could also change the map using the Editor but it takes longer.

You will need to redo the lightmaps if you do it like that

lol, its a little more then just that. You need to make new light samples for all the special forces models. unless you have the doom lab tools and 3d studio or maya, you have no chance, unles you can convince dice to release lightmap samples for all the expasion pack models. but if you do have those programs and your desperate to do this send me a pm, and ill write you a tutorial on how to do it. but i warn you, its a lengthy process.
