Just what does "Best Round" mean anyway?

Hey all, I've been a lurker for a while, just now signed up as it seems to be a pretty stand-up crowd here.

So, as the title states, what does "best round" mean when getting medals? My stats show I have completed "100 Best Rounds" for the MEC medal, but I am at only 99% for the Navy Cross. I need to know what to do to get the N.C.

I read that a lot of you (a friend of mine too) have recently been given the navy cross at the new lower requirements...I wonder why I didnt get my MEC medal then as it shpws I've met the "100 best rounds" req...whatever that means...


Anyone?

It means 100 points IAR. You have to have gotten a minimum of 100 points in a round playing as USMC, MEC, or PLA.

Hmmmm...thanks for the info...never noticed how many points I've gotten in-game before, just payed attention to team points...guess I need to go kick a** one more time...

Best round means you need to have 100 points in a round as MEC, in addition to 100+ hours in that theater.

The 100 hours as a MEC isn't part of the 100 best round requirement, just so you know...

I have searched the forum, but it has never been properly explained...and while searching (maybe something YOU should do before slamming someone for asking a question) I found that the requirements for said ribbons had CHANGED...nothing is mentioned as to the time requirement anymore, only the need for "100 best rounds" -hence the question. Not trying to be rude intentionally...
