Because they have to practice maneuvers that allow them to fly away from a fight faster and more effectively. (Sorry, had to be done.)

Ya this footage actually comes from a French movie called "Les Chevaliers du Ciel".. Kinda like the French version of Top-Gun but 10x better in terms of storyline and scenery.

Wow. Amazing flying, rediculously perfect camera work. I don't even know how the hell they kept the plane perfectly in the center of the frame during that slow flip. The music matched oddly well (I'm a sucker for Madonna though). Very peaceful. The end was like some wierd animated "two planes in love" thing. I dunno. *shrug*

Saw that video a while ago. Very awesome. Think of that but f22's and f35's nowadays and ya got the us.lol
camera was probably a much bigger picture but than the shrunk it to this. or sometjhing like this.
