karkand Infantry Only

last days i joined some server,and there was karkand edit by infantry.
it wasn't a mod but just an edit.
Someone can make this edit* of karkand(16 player map size) to send me? :)
the edit @ the map was:
No veichles,no tank,no commander,and some spwanponit edited.

I don't think they modded it or edited it. If you change a map even slightly you have to DL it. you wouldn't be able to connect at all. They may have however adjusted the spawn time for vechicles to 99999, but I don't think you can do that on ranked PB servers.

Other one is unranked as well. First one is in France, second is in Germany. No unlocks either, I think they modified the spawn times, like Mavrik said. Never tinkered with that, but it is interesting that they did it.
