Choppers in Euro Force : Great Wall?

alright, i dont know whether this has been brought up or not. but i was playin great wall yesterday for a couple rounds, and noticed.... why the hell is there AA in the map????

Then i put two and two together and figured out... there used to be choppers in great wall! Think about it. the AA vehicle, every little castle roof thing on the wall looks like a good spot for a stinger. and wouldnt it be nice just to haul ass over that wall and take out 10-20 people at a time from a safe gunner position?

Why wuold they take out the choppers??? :cry:

The Great Wall is the only decent map of Euro Forces. (although not decent enough to warrant going on a EF server......hence played less than 8 hours of EF in total and very unlikely to play much more than that)

Much of the infantry battles occurs along the walls and turrets, why ruin this by having an Attack Chopper rape up and down the walls annhiliating everythign that moves a la Sharqi Peninsula TV station rape style.

how is a map laggy? its either your computer can thandle it or the connection sucks to that certain server.

Well my friend MPVLTR made a map called Greatwall64. It has 2 Transport choppers .

to tires to search in this forum. And you dont even need EF to play it :p

lol - personally I think Great Wall is awful, Smokescreen is incredible fun
On the other hand I personally find the lack of air support on Karkand more than a little annoying - flame away :p

Lol i think its great fun on that map even without choppers, they are so not needed. I personally like the 16 player map version of great wall, parachuting in as a spawn point, lol i love sniping them before they even reach the ground, funniest thing ever, lol.

I like flying but its good to see there are some infantry maps left ... it would be too easy to own the enemy with a heli just like in Iron Gator...

Im a plane and chopper whore but that would spoil Great Wall...

What an amazing map if your a team orientated / tactical player thumbs up!

I think they should have made it infantry *only*... I feel the same about Karkand

The AA is for the Paratroopers on the 16 player map.
