For a fact i know that EA UK Jolt#3.co.uk is a 24/7 Operation Smoke Screen,
But as for any others that rotate, but only euro i'm not sure

There are a few, but not many, also it seems that most of the ones i find play operation smoke screen twice, tabarra quarry twice, then great wall four times, by the time great wall has been played twice and it loads again everyone leaves.
