Strategy planning software.

I cant remember the name of it, but a while back I came across this program that lets you pull up bf2 maps and for squad strategies. You can use different colors for each squad and draw up battle plans.

Does anyone know what I am talking about? If so, please tell me the name of the program... maybe a link too.
