Gun unlock issue

My brother just got promoted and he earned an unlock for a new weapon. He went out and bought Special Forces cause he wanted the G36E that i have for medic and when he opens special forces and the select unlock box opens it just says undefined He reinstalled the current patch 1.22 and it says the same thing, any thoughts???

omg how many of these threads r we gonna c!! its a bug that no1 has really got an answer for...look around 1st tho next time
