Question, what will happen if someone with a higher number of pionts eventually get to 3 start general, will Sgt-Max power be demoted at the start of the next month, and will that 3 star general be made 4 star? or will he stay 4 star?

Eihm, this isnt old news, him becoming 3 start general is, now he is the special 4 star rank, which happened today.

And yes, i think he will be the next ghost in Scary Movie, and he doenst need make-up for it.

Man, chill dude. I was referring to the fact that the dude must spend most of his life indoors, hence his skin would lack pigmentation from lack of exposure to the sun. I've no idea whether he's white, black, brown, yellow or whatever, and frankly I couldnt care less.
