Problems with next rank :(

I already have sufficient points for next rank with 50,400,

But my account still not changed it.

Does Anyone know how can i contact ea about that?

usually once you make enough points (50k in your case), you need to quit the game, or log back into your account, then join a server and you should be promoted the first point you get.

Looks fixed now.

I had to go almost 250 over before I got sergeant major, and 500 points over for first sergeant. It just takes time.
