Mod for competive play?

Most people know that by every patch the game is getting nerf
so everybody can play the game.

so I though, on some ladders on clanbase they use mods
So, why would do it not for Battlefield?

It would be great if there was a Mod team around:
who would be suppport by the clanbase offecial:

What the mod would include:

1.More maps for competive play
2.Good balance issue , but not overnerfed like c4 and BH what Dice/EA did
3.Include scripts for infrantry wars and maps.
4.maby real arrtillery vehicles
5.squadhoping include
6.support with ABR ranking systeem maby?

there are many people around who can skins or can code :)

majority of clans would not like this patch because of the gameplay fix so.

most ladders are offical ranked ladder..and they must play by the rules and im sure that not using mods or anything..is one of them.

but I'm certain
that the bf1942 infranty ladder used the infrantry mod.
I know because I played the infrantry ladder :)

Correction. TWL had a DC ladder for a long time. DC as I am sure you know is a mod for BF1942. I really think that BF2 is moving backwards now with the patches. We need a really good competative mod. I sure hope that U.S.I. or DCON comes through and kicks major azz!!

or it would be nice, if we could find some nice modders and coders and make a nice mod team.

maybe I will code something called B33F for clans, feature include:

-7 feet jump height, complex roll and prone exploit to use your macro keyboard to teh max!
-automatic squad hopping to the last squad member alive to reduce the noobness (leetness?) of squad hopping
-invincible BH that requires 6 people to operate but is a stardestroyer once you get it.
-C4 toss range increased to 600 feet, now you can bunnyhop and C4 toss across the map!
-rocket jump!
-LEET sniper that's called A\/\/P that can kill a tank in one hit for all the LEET snipers came from CSS. I mean afterall, sniper must be vital in every game, right?
-NOOB tube brought back, now it can kill tanks in one hit, also renamed to leet tube, because only a pro can have the skillz and coordination to bunnyhop/prone spam to victory!
-only karkand is supported because pros only play karkand, right?

you implied that you want the C4 toss to be back. Good for you. Hey, looks like you are the one who's whining here. I am perfectly content with the direction that this game is going, and don't call me a ignorant public player. I was in the competitive scene for twitch games such as UT (the original) and delta force series, but BF2 is not one of those game, no thanks.

bf2pro has been out for some time. It may be used in www.caleague.com it is under consideration currently. The 1.3 patch just might push it over the edge an it will be implemented.

It was also developed by a CAL admin and a member of the bf2 competitve community so it has the interests of competitve and skill based play in mind.
