the crutch in your system is the video card, I would say all low settings with 20-40 fps

Whatever you do don't get an Athlon XP CPU. They are a waste of money, for that much money you could get a newer S754 Sempron and a new MOBO.

Sound card really isn't necessary, the MOBO I linked to has 7.1 Sound that should suffice.

I suggest you ditch the soundcard and buy a videocard this side of 2000 I'm sure that you don't want to play with low settings AND low fps.

6600gt all the way, best bang-for-buck and don't buy anything lower
