you're a tad slow on the uptake mate, there was a HUGE furore about this because it breached NDA, there's already a load of posts regarding "that gif" and the 1.3 confirmed notes

NO MORE SQUAD HOPPING!!!!! w00t!

if you join a squad while dead - you have to spawn before you can use the leader as a spawn!

Some I' not sure about:

added deterrent for alternative ranking. um. why?

fixed crash bug when 300 characters were entered into the "connect to ip" box. Gee - I wonder why the testers missed this one. Oh yeah, probably because NO ONE PUTS 300 CHARACTERS IN THAT BOX. Although it is a crash bug and should be fixed, no matter how many pets sleep on your keyboard.
