Red Numbers question

sometime when i play i see some red numbers on the botton of my screen. what does that mean?

also i see some blue numbers.

I think it came after the second patch. As far i know, or have heard, it means nothing.

I know what you mean. It looks like an enemy target 200m below ground for me. It doesn't always pop up, though.
