Who can answer what the original intentions of the way BF2 should, could, and would be played...

I doubt anyone can at this point. So many changes in the last few months. Im not sure even teh dev's know.

its suppose to be an online fps shooter based on modern warfare (well a few years into the future) where u have two teams broken into squads that work together to destroy one another..but the teamwork aspect sortof died cuz of the ranking system

If anything they need to even out the vehicles.... or atleast make then consistant with REAL military vehicles...
