No, we're not gonna call the FBI, but the fact of the matter is that what he or anyone else who stat pads is doing is demeaning the value of what we've earned honestly.

Is it the end of the world? Of course not, nowhere close, but is it annoying? Absolutely.

I have a my expert knife and vet pistol i earnt them.

MY tips. Try mashtur 64 player map high point servers. or high point karkand. That way you wont have 20+ people around trying to kill you. But its not that necessary if you use my second tip.

Now when i was trying to get my expert knife. It was getting kinda difficult. and i tried many times. @sharqi Just going to the top of the usa heli pad when it's their last flag. and i'd get 3-4knife kills per life. which then came down to me getting damn near my goal. Then i got the F2000 and i redid the Sharqi. and i tossed my flashbang and went and hide. then i run out and get all the same knife kills but never worry about getting shot back at because they cant see crapola. So instead of 3-4 kills. I get the whole 10 kills and never died and wait for them to respawn. It was absolutely nothing to get my knife badge through this method. and its always fun to watch people spray all over so they dont get killed. but they arent hitting anything but a wall.

While i basically got my badge and quit. I probably could have gone to 30 kills in a streak before dieing using that method.

No offense dude but you've ruined my objective with this thread. I was trying to give people the technique but let them do it themselves, you've kinda spoon-fed it to them.

Anyways, doesn't matter, hope I've helped the rest of you, tell me if I've helped you lot get badges (and take screenies!) :)

I just thought of somthing. while commanding if your in a tow or aa you can get a badge for them if you artillery enough people. Has anyone ever pulled out their knife or pistol then artill to see if you can get the badge that way.

you dont get kills as commander, the kill field is always blank....

i thought this thread was for giving tips to ppl who want to earn it honestly, without resorting to high-point servers, or knife/pistol servers.....

i have earned my basic, veteran, and expert knife on 24/7 karkand servers.....with about 32-46 players, sized 64 map.....

here are some tips that ive learned on my own on the field:

**join a squad thats always at the front line..........you will die alot, so this will be most helpful...

**be medic......you may also accumulate heal and revive points, as well as giving you ability to self heal....dont throw med packs to yourself, it will blow your cover, just hold the pack out, aalso you will be able to revive your squadleader when necessary.....this class gives you alot of sprint, which is vital

**use everything for cover.....that means bushes, little curb-stones, corners, trees, etc.....this is invaluable, and will keep you alive long enough for your enemy to either get close enough, or turn their backs....

**pay close attention to your sprint meter.....dont sprint unless you are going for a kill, or running for cover

** use evasive maneuvering.......when i go for a kill, and the enemy sees me, i will zig-zag like a mad man, while jumping every few steps....dont jump too much or you will be out of sprint....jump 2-3 times max...making your last jump one to your opponents side, or rear, then go prone and stab....also crouch is about as effective as prone

**bind your knife to an easy to reach key......i did this, now as force of habit, i instantly take out my knife whenever i spawn :laugh: also it would be easier for when using the paddles/medpacks

thas all i can think of off the top of my head.....knifing is something i absolutely love, and have spent a couple of months using it exclusivly (aside from medpacks and shock paddles)....in fact, i have an account used primarily for knifing ( http://bf2s.com/player/67425833/ )

You may get busted & loose all your badges!
Pistol & knives servers are for people who are crap & want to stat pad!
Only reasson they are still around is that they are paying EA for the server. They (EA) would rather punnish those that are PLAYING not PAYING!

Anyway back on topic... the easiest way to get a knife badge(on which i might add i have expert ) is join a 16 player game on karkand and only use knife the whole round pretty much. I got my badge by going behind a enemy squad and followin them till they stopped. They didnt no i was behind because i wasnt shootin :p so i stabbed bout 3 out of 5 and also stabbed a medic in the legs as he franticly tried to revive the squad

statpadding is also a guy that is like lutenant going against guys that are all privates and less

Unfortunately, the knife is not point and click and you got a kill. I usually have to stab twice to hit a prone, static target, while being prone, static myself. When I'm in a knife fight, going prone and jumping around (both my enemy and me), it takes even more stabs (even with the dust going*poof*) for the game to register a hit.

If I always hit where I aim with the knife I could manage to have a k/d ratio above 1.00 running around with only a knife.

I just need 2 more knife kills for expert

I got vet before the round was even half over so expert shouldn't be too hard

I got vet 2 seconds into the round you just need your basic + 50 global knife kills :) and 100 for expert :)

I hate those Padding servers!They just lay clays around and knife U like a biatch!
i earned my basic and veteran on 64 Karkand server and it was hard that cant be harder!

Tip:Try find some campers or spawncamp witha knife(Ull get a few kills)
Or something that worked for me:U know when on 64 karkand at the beggining of a round nade spamming starts,eh try go around(as USMC) those alleys near MEC spawnpoints and enter that course whrere u often get killed by nade and there stab MEC guys in the back,hide wait for them and do i again!

It's hard to get my basic Knife badge... Like my knife stats are 7 Kills, and 11 Deaths (pretty bad)
