Newbie SF weapons question

Hi all

I bought SF yesterday and got all of my SF unlocks but when I'm playing SF most of the time I can't choose not 1 of my SF unlocks.
Must you play in a special army, like sas or so to use the SF unlocks or sould it be able on every army?

you can only use some of the unlocks on certain sides

The SF unlocks as you call them are the normal weapons for the SAS and SEALS on SF. They are unlocks only when you play regular BF2. If you play EF it's the same thing, your regular weapon is the L96A1, your unlock is the M95.
