Don't know what to call it.

The last two BF2 games I've played really strange **** has happened.

The first time it happened was like 2 or 3 days ago where I was waling on karkarand and suddenly these spikes came out of nowhere and appeared on my screen. It totally distorted everything. I tried moving and moved about two steps and than my computer crashed and gave me the blue screen. I thought it was one of those rare glitches that never happen.

Today on Mashtur though. I was on mosque sniping the U.S and suddenly it happened again. Although this time it wasn't spikes it was just all distorted and all I could see was my minimap everything else was jsut weird. I tried taking a screenshot but than my comp crashed and gave me the blue screen.

I hope someone can help cause this is already annoying as it is.

      3.2 GHZ processer
      Geforce 6800
      250 gig harddrive
      5.1 Audilogy or sumtin sumtin
      1 gig of ram.

It has never happened before and yes I did update my video drivers.

Now when I join games it crashes very soon. Its really starting to get annoying.

Sounds like artifacting. Video card overheating, get a can of air and blow all the dust out.

Do you have stock cooler or aftermarket.

Or could be bad drivers, roll back to previous see if it still happening

Well I got fans that came with the computer so stock coolers. They are fans and I haven't opened up my computer since I got it. I'll try the dust thing first because I'm dling some files I don't want to loose. Also if I were to install my new video card would that also fix the problem?
