First Sergeant?

Hi I am currently master sergeant and I have all the basic badges including special forces as well and for some reason the bar is full and it wont promote me to first sergeant I was wondering what could be the problem.

did you get the badges after you became a master sargeant?

because if you did... you won't get promoted to first sargeant.

only one chance at first sargeant.. at 20K. If you don't have the badges you're stuck at master sargeant until 50K.

oh yeah... and use the SEARCH function next time.. we get this question almost daily.
