8000 points but no gunerry srgt?

hi, i have 8006 global score points, but i am still a staff sergeant.. wtf?

did you just get the points because it takes some time sometimes i remeber with my staff sargent i was at like 5025 before it ranked me up just wait a few hours then go into a server and get a point you should get it then

i got 8000 this morning at 6 a.m pacific and its 4 pm now and yea... ill try tommorow fokin ea!!!

Also if you get the points in a round it wont show that you ranked sometimes until the next round after a kill or a point is given. The reason being is that it cant give you rank then you loose the points by TK'n people and still have the rank without the points.

So once you have aquired the points play another round.

Ya i just played an all nighter to get the rest of of my points needed to get First Sergeant, by the time i looked i had 20225 points and no rank.. so i just went to bed, this afternoon i logged on and killed a TBF2 member and ranked up :) ... btw love the server guys I ping great to it and its some fun gameplay

just play a round or two on some random (ranked) server, should rank you up

I got promoted three times to Gunnery sgt. in three rounds. After each round I would go back to Staff. then make up the points again and get promoted again. Anyway, it took until the next day for the server or whatever to tally all my points and finally confirm the promotion for good.

Dont know why this is, but some servers are very good at logging your points immediatly after the round, and some it takes awhile. dont get upset though, just have patience.
