Level I is pro, that goes without saying. The fastest to adapt, the top scorers, the ones with the ability to kill more enemies in less time, the most hated and the ones that do not belie over how superficially great they would be if it were rainbow six or americas army (Though falsely comparing two things that aren't directly opposite is meaningless. A pro is a pro no matter what the circumstance). It implies these characteristics but some are pro, some con, there are also more.

but when i do diving and hoping, i never kill the guy i just hopped from. its annoy him if i do it.

Level I (Pro) League: base raping, spawn camping, dolphin diving, bunny hopping, squad hopping, Jihad, anything goes

I'd call the levels "fast"/"slow" instead of "pro"/"beginner" etc.
