Best music for BF2?

I think Godspeed You! Black Emporer ( http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p...1:14rv286y05ja ) is very orchestral and fits BF2 like a glove. Most of their music has a very war-like feel to it that would do real nicely as an official soundtrack to the game. Besides this obscure and oddly named group there's always NIN :)

I listen to rock, heavy metal sometimes. most of the time nothing though cause i just like the pure sound of war.

i too listen to the black hawk down sound track and various other war related music. but sometimes u just cant beat a bit of metal/rock whilst gaming :P

BF2 drawns out most of floyds work a bit too much for me. One of These Days is an incredible song to put in the background of BF2 though.

But the genre is so Huge it's hard to choose... I still think they should have an instrumental music pack with a dozen or so pieces and then given the oppurtunity to customize it yourself...

There's some great Operatic pieces that'd totally be intimdating while flying a Jet or attack 'Copter though.

Some tunes from Excaliber, BHD, Kingdom of Heaven or Gladiator.
