probably just 9.0c with some combatibility updates... they had the same kind of update in February

looks to me its just the full download of 9.0c containing all the dx files, even the ones not used by some systems. (when u dl directx you only dl the actual files needed for your system itself), where as this 53meg pack looks to just contain everything in one

it says it contains one new patch (which if you do windows updates youll likely already have it)

i'd say its just probably more for buisness IT's, that can use it to impliment over a network, or for game/software manufacturers to bundle onto there cd's in the event the cust has no internet and can't download it, this way there sure to have all the files needed for there indavidual system
