    FRAPS Disappears

After a round ends and you get the score screen FRAPS stops working, it is no longer recognised and I can't record.

I tried tabbing out and closing/reopening the program but it doesn't fix it unless I restart BF2 which is a bitch to do.

    I have FRAPS 2.7.2 unregistered.

Are you trying to record while the score screen is up? Or is it, after one round then it no longer works? Because I am pretty sure it will only record when there is active video being played. You should still be able to use the screenshot feature though.

also remember that fraps video's take up massive amounts of hard drive space, so you may be running out of room?

      Re: FRAPS Disappears

I've used FRAPS for years so I know how to use it if this helps at all, if your running out of space it doesn't hide itself, it just runs really bad since it can't write to the drive properly.

I am not trying to record the score screen, I sit as usual and the FPS counter disappears as soon as I hit the score screen and doesn't come back.

Thats just you, although I get 20fps I just counter this by setting FRAPS to record 20fps and render the videos at 30 (or it might have been 15, I forgot...I just save default options lol)

That's a classic case of 'out of drive space', make sure you have about 10gb left, if you only have about 1gb 3/4 files could suck it all up no problem.
