Like when you shoot the tire VODNIK or HAMWEE than its harder to drive or
some vehicle damage when you hit the wall or other cars.......Or it was cool if you shoot APC with a SRAW in the tire then this tire fly off
What do you guys think?

Too much details.

Youll get a load of bugs as an addition. It isnt worth it.

Not just bugs, but computer resources.

It takes time to calculate detail. Give it a few more years when we've all got terrahrz processors and gigaflops of video rendering.

I dont really agree with that if you take the time to properly test the game you can iron out the bugs that it generates

@ Wargimp while what you say is true they could add a little bit hear and there now and make the game look and feal a bit better

But i agree as the technology progresses so will the level of detail and realism in these games

Ya when the FX-60 + Dual Crossfire X1900XTX combo is considered low end.

Well that type of thing would be available but EA might mes it up... I do know in GTA SA you can blow the tire on a car :p

It could be done. DiCE likely did not create their engine to run such an effect. Even if the engine could support it, DiCE is too lazy to code it.

This level of detail is possible, but it's only just now that intense physics solutions are coming out. It's entirely possible that BF3 will have it, I hope. Stuff like that in future games will be a welcome addition. Have that flat tire fly off and roll down the road hitting someone. Or I can smash my Humvee into building columns and make it collapse on top of a tank. Copter bullets shattering storefront glass and the shards spray around causing damage to players. It's all the little detailed side effects that I'm looking forward to. I predict huge changes in 2007 after developers figure out what they can do with a PhysX card.

What i would like to see is weather effects!!

It would be brillinat if you ran through karkand and it was ****in it down with rain, and it was hitting your screen!

Or if you shot the fuel tanks on jeeps it would blow up!


On thing they should have put in the game is, if your on foot and ran into a tank, if you approach it from behind, climb ontop and throw a nade in the hatch, NOW THAT WOULD BE COOL!!!

A way to take out tanks if your not AT or spec-ops!

Yes. Blame the evil DICE programmers. They're so lazy. It has nothing to do with the fact that it would require more CPU resources and increase development costs...

I am all for realistic effects. I also know however, that we will have to wait for technology to catch up with our wishes in this aspect.
