    AMD CPU overclocking help!

    CPU : AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 2.2GHz Socket 939 1MB L2 Cache
    Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-K8U-939 Socket 939 ULi 1689 Chipset Dual Ch DDR400 AGP8X 10/100 Lan Serial ATA Raid 0,1 8-Ch Audio

When I enter BIOS to try to OC, I go to the adjust voltage or w/e and I go to CPU speed or sumthing....and it says like X2...1000Mhz and it goes to x11 2200 Mhz and my CPU is a 2200 Mhz, does that mean I can't OC? If you know how please tell me how to OC. I really want to for a unknown reason...thanks Im new to AMD , just upgraded from Intel p4 2.8 Ghz thanks again!
