3. Random kills with crap that is no where near me. Why if these are known cheats is no one doing anything?

My bet is that you were killed by Claymore. The random stuff it says that killed you is what the sniper who left the Claymore is presently using.

I have done this many times as a sniper. I lay Claymore and get onto a stationary TOW missile.
Without firing a single shot, I score a kill saying TOW missile...I know someone just activated one of my Claymores.

Whatever that person is doing is what it shows as.

1. Can easily be done with a joystick that has the "twist" feature and the right pitch/yaw settings. Basically it's skill and practice. It is quite impossible to play this game and be an expert pilot from day one. Too bad people aren't patient enough to grasp that concept.

2. The only reasons that you cannot spawn could be that:

Your squad leader is up against a wall
Dead
In a vehicle that is full of people
Ladder
Parachuting

3. Your complaint about "random death" can be explained by:

Accidental team switching
C4 exploding in your vacinity
Sniper
Knife
Shock Paddles
Claymore

Or any number of things. It is not fair to anyone to automatically assume that someone is cheating or exploiting because they are better or have spent more time playing than you. It is frustrating at first of course, but that is why you practice. You canot play a game and be an expert within a few minutes, especially with a game as expansive as BF2. Play a while longer, find some decent, well-admined servers and have fun.

The one bug that annoys me the most;

When one team (usually MEC I find..) cannot make or join squads.. as if they are locked. I've had it happen twice now.

It's not a bug, there are several servers that seem to lock the number of squads that can be created. I guess the reasoning behind it is to give the teams a balance based on the map at hand. This does not seem to work too well because the advantage is different on each map.

It sure as hell is a bug!

It happens occasionally on our server, and I can assure you not a single admin on was responsible. It happens, and is totally random.

I've been wondering this too .. when the sl is dead or in a full vehicle, the green spawnpoint gets a red circle. fair enough, i know the spawn isn't available. But why the **** couldn't dice make it so that when the spawn is otherwise unavailable the sl spawnpoint got the circle too, it's annoying as **** trying to click ok and nothing happens.

Yeah, after 1.2(?) the kill messages got all screwed up. If you minekill somebody when sitting in a FAV you get either the message you [killed] him or you [fav] him. And if the clay/mine is a remainder of your previous kit already dead you usually get the you [killed] him. I'll blame the mines/clay's on OP's problem.
